Photographer credits and copyright information are shown in the details of each work. Please retain these credits when referring to a photograph and contact Juergen Nogai if you wish to discuss publication, reproduction or other image uses.
Uses that require the rights holder’s permission must be agreed separately. Applicable statutory permissions and exceptions remain unaffected.
Owning a print and using an image
A sale concerns the particular physical print described. Purchasing a print does not automatically transfer copyright or grant reproduction, publication or commercial image-use rights. Any permission for such use must be agreed separately with the relevant rights holder.
Ownership history, print date, signature, edition and dimensions describe the individual physical object. Ownership of a print and ownership of copyright are separate matters.
